This small  park model has a 115 volt refrigerator, and a house type toliet. It can be converted to a self contained model with holding tanks, etc. This is an all electric home custom built for the US Governement.

t has a rear queen bed, front living room with a sofa slide out. The galley has a free standing dinette with 4 chairs, an apartment size Magic Chef 240v range and a house type 2 door refigerator and an electric water heater. Just ahead of the rear bedroom, there is a large split bathroom with a full size tub, a flush toilet. On the curb side it has drawers, closets and a hand sink. Posts carefully selects from hundreds of trailers and buys the best ones.

We buy the cream of the crop and renovate them. A patio awning is added and a plastic topped roof vent with a power fan. The interior is cleaned and sanitized to State of Ohio standards. We replace missing or damaged items as needed. Proper ventilation eliminates hot, unventilated areas which cause formalydehyde problems or mildew.

Posts has been in the trailer industry for 54 years. A FEMA trailer is satisfactory if it has substantial improvements. Our basic renovation is included in the price. We guarantee that all appliances and features will work at delivery time. If we install self contained or other upgrades, those items have a 1 year parts warranty.

To make it self contained we can add a fresh water storage system and an RV toilet with code approved black and gray water tanks. We also offer exterior renovations. On the exterior we can install decal or striping similar to that used on new travel trailers or mobile homes. Other modifications to this former FEMA trailers are available.

Posts does not sell FEMA trailers as-is and we do not renovate models which we have not sold. We regularly sell out of some models. Those which replace them may have different interior or exterior colors and slight differences in layout or equipment. Specifications are approximate.
