| Description:
We finally got a "cream puff" model. It does not appear to have been used at all. This small park model has an electric refrigerator, microwave and a roof top air conditioner. It has a house type toliet. We have installed vinyl stripes on all 4 sides to make it look like most other travel trailers.
This bunk house model has a front queen bed, living room with a TV hutch, flip sofa and a booth type dinette and it looks new. It has an LP gas furnace, range with oven and a gas water heater. Two LP tanks are included and we include a 12 battery and battery box.
At the rear it has a double bunk on the curb side. The bath room with toilet, sink and tub is in the rear corner on drivers side. We added a like new 21' A&E 9500 patio awning with chrome hardware and center rafter. We do not believe that a FEMA trailer is safe for full time use unless it has been modified to eliminate high indoor temperatures and inadequate ventilation.
Modifications to this former FEMA trailer have been made. We make sure it has 2 roof vents with plastic tops, one with power fan in it. We clean and sanitize it to standards set by the state of Ohio. This work eliminates the formaldhyde odors which can make FEMA trailers unsuitable in hot weather.
WE also offer modifications to include a self-contained water and toilet system. Post's does not sell FEMA trailers which have not been properly renovated. We want your family to enjoy camping in a safe, but low priced recreational vehicle.
