| Description:
This small park model was manufactured by Forest River. It is a standard camper floorplan which was converted to US Government specifications. It has a 120 volt refrigerator, and a house type toliet. This one has a gas furnace, gas cookstove with oven and a gas water heater. With gas appliances it is easier to convert this one to self-contained, than an all electric model.
It has a private front queen bedroom, with a hinged door. The large kitchen counter is across from the entry door. It has both ovens, a large 2 door refrigerator, numerous overhead and floor cabinets and a double sink.
In the center of the coach is a booth type dinette with a "flip" sofa across from it. Both lower down to make beds. On the curb side at the rear are two bunks. A well equipped bathroom is in the rear corner, opposite the bunk beds.
Post's Traveland has been in the trailer industry for 54 years. We believe that a FEMA trailer is satisfactory with several improvements. We include cleaning and repairs to make it safe for your family. We will not sell FEMA trailers without proper modifications, and we include them in the price.
Modifications to this former FEMA trailer: We install a patio awning, plastic topped roof vents including one with a power fan. We clean and sanitize the interior to specifications approved by the State of Ohio. This work eliminates the formaldhyde odors which make FEMA trailers unsuitable during hot summer weather.
WE also offer other renovation services to make them self contained, and we can install decal's and paint stripes to make the exterior look like other travel trailers. We do not modify or equip trailers except for those which we sell.
Our modifications are guaranteed for one year.
