Post's selects from hundreds of trailers and buys only the best. Some brands were poorly constructed, and many were heavily used. We buy the cream of the crop and renovate them. A large patio awning is added, and plastic topped roof vents are installed, one with a power fan. The interior is cleaned and sanitized to State of Ohio standards. We replace damaged or missing items as needed. Our work eliminates hot, unventilated areas which cause formalydehyde problems or mildew.
Post's has been in the trailer industry for 54 years. We feel that a FEMA trailer is satisfactory with improvements. Our basic renovation is manditory, and is included in the price. We guarantee our upgrades one year. We can add or change appliances or features.
Plumbing upgrades are available to make it "self contained". We can add a fresh water storage system and an RV toilet with code approved black and gray water tanks. We also offer exterior renovations and install decal's and striping similar to that used on new travel trailers or mobile homes.
Other modifications to former FEMA trailers are available. We can add larger or extra windows, and move windows elsewhere. We do not sell FEMA trailers "as-is", and we do not renovate models which we have not sold.
