This trailer  just arrived and is well above average.  It includes reconditioning and a new  awning. We have the interior cleaned and sanitized to State of Ohio Standards.  This is an "all electric" trailer.

This FLEETWOOD park model has a house type toliet. and is intended to be parked at a permanent location. The layout has a front queen bed, a center living room with a large slide out with a flip sofa bed and a free standing dinette, with 4 chairs.

The kitchen has sink,  convection microwave, a 2 burner electric cook-top,  and a 120v residential refrigerator;  on the curb side. There is a large bathroom across the back, with a shower, hand bowl,  toilet and closets.

 A FEMA trailer is satisfactory, with improvements. We install extra roof vents and check all appliances and features to make sure they are operational.  Post's guarantee's that every appliance and feature works.
