This is Sunseeker's largest model and has a rear island queen bed. The large super slide out, includes the sofa and kitchen, with  lots of open space in the living area.  It has new patio awning fabric and a new slide out awning.  It sleeps 6.  We have all the owners manuals and information.

This 31 foot has the optional  entertainment center in the cabover, with a large built-in TV,  a DVD player and extra storage cabinets. There is a pull out bed cushion to sleep a  small child in the cabover. The chassis has an am/fm stereo with a CD player built into the dashboard.

It has a  new flip sofabed and new day/nite shades included. It has 4 Lindeen roof vent covers and a ladder and roof deck,., Also the ARCTIC PKG, with heated holding tanks.   The ONAN generator has only 70 hours on it.  This is a basement model with pass-thru storage at the back,  and numerous storage compartments on both sides of the coach.

The walk-thru bath has shower on one side, and toilet & hand bowl on the other. The water heater is an automatic ignition model and it has a water filter.

The exterior is fiberglass and is in excellent condition.  No dents or dings. All of the appliances and the water system have been gone over and are guaranteed to work.
