Rear island queen bed. Large super slide out, including the sofa and kitchen,  lots of open space in the living area.  It has new patio awning fabric and a new slide out awning.  It sleeps 6. 

It has the optional  entertainment center in the cabover.  A large built-in TV,  a DVD player and extra storage cabinets are there. There is a pull out bed cushion to sleep a child in the cabover. 

Has new sofa,  and new day/nite shades included. This unit had been lived in "full time"  for 3 years and the interior was in worn condition.

The split bath has shower on one side, and toilet & handbowl room on the other.
