This is a "fixer-upper" motor home.  The engine and transmission are great, the tires are fairly new and it runs and drives fairly well.

The roof was bad and the former owner tore out part of the interior ceiling and replaced some of the braces and insulation.  He did not finish it.  The interior furniture is in fair condition but not wonderful.  Most everything should work, but its a project to take up your spare time for several weeks.

For the $1695 its great.  Try to buy something with great tires and a good drive train for that.    Price is firm.  You need to spend another $1695 to finish the repair work.
